What do you like best about the leadership team?
Trust and confidence placed on you
very helpful, motivated and cheerful
Knowledgeable, accountable, people focused, humble (but not too humble!).
Who are they anyway? It's a partnership so not much individual accountability at leadership team.
They care about the people at GT.

Not just thinking of themselves, diversity

Annual bonus and merit increase. The firm is also paying the difference in premium increases for 2022.
Annual bonus, so many benefits, 401k match and firm sponsored ERP plan.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is below market rates
Higher pay, better benefits and a pension right away
Pay based on contributions and practice build outcomes
My previous experience being recognised
I have tried over and over to have conversations regarding promotion and pay raise and nothing happens.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most teams are awesome and get along beautifully. My coworkers are easily my favorite part about working for GT. So many of my closest friends have come from the firm.
Shared sense of being left alone by PPMDs
Fun to work with, great personalities, caring.
How much we collaborate and care about each other and the people at the firm.
Committed, clever, positive, determined, fun
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to get rid of the older men who are still status quo and move towards a diverse workforce.

People are open to help
Most people truly care about others. It's one of the biggest benefits of a partnership.
We have open comversations and culture conversations are embedded into our meetings.
Open feedback, monthly culture conversations, heavy focus on employee engagement, very caring Partners, focus on equity and inclusion, focus on employee's personal wellbeing.
They are working towards greater flexibilty

Practice what you say, be an examplar
They need to embrace the new and be more willing to bring in strong female leads.
