Annual bonus and merit increase. The firm is also paying the difference in premium increases for 2022.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most teams are awesome and get along beautifully. My coworkers are easily my favorite part about working for GT. So many of my closest friends have come from the firm.

People are open to help
Most people truly care about others. It's one of the biggest benefits of a partnership.
We have open comversations and culture conversations are embedded into our meetings.
Open feedback, monthly culture conversations, heavy focus on employee engagement, very caring Partners, focus on equity and inclusion, focus on employee's personal wellbeing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Probing questions focused on learning more about my mindset and capabilities.
Informal communication conversational tone, timing
Was more about a cultural fit and getting to know each other.
