Graphic Packaging Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The bonus opportunity is based on on personal performance but also overall business performance.

Benefits and salary are good.

Bonus that is included for working

Base pay is competitve , bonus pay could be better.

Insurance package is better than it was

Available overtime and thats it.

Review from Product Dept

Twice a year we received gain share check.

Health care is the major issue

Review from Operations Dept

the pay is great for the area

Review from Product Dept

Price and coverage of benefits. I work in HR and it's the best benefits package I've ever had.

401K match, woman are underpaid in comparison to men. It still has the old boy network feel.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Management change is needed very much

401K matching and healthcare options are left lacking but that is a symptom of a more over encompassing issue in the U.S.A

I never get to see my family sure I might get paid good but who cares. My children are growing up without me

I do maintenance, im the rotary die tech, and i take care of premakeready. Before i took on the extra responsibilities that was 3 different jobs. Now I do them all and haven't even been offered a raise.

I have over 30 years in various paper industries and I don't the plant manager see me for what I can do and what I know in regards to the folding carton industry.

Helpful instead of unimpactful raises

Don't really a opinion about that

More money and less mandatory over time

My opinion does not matter even if they say it does

For the not to play games trying to take away Benifits.

Its not always about money. You work enormous amounts of hours, out produce everyone else and in your annual review the supervisor give you an "acceptable" rating. I tried to get hr involved and they just give lip service. MUTUAL RESPECT

Review from Product Dept

For the amount of risk daily against our safety even our lives.better safety equipment

Better Benefits , more time off with family

Review from Operations Dept

As a warehouse driver they expect too much from us and we do not get paid enough. Operators get more pay than we do. Without warehouse drivers the company would fail.

Review from Operations Dept

Being able to have a long break and lunch where I can let medicine kick in or be able to get better resources to want to get paid better

Higher pay in all departments

People get ask to go on to perform on certain machinery especially new one and been told for a pay increase that never happened.
