Supervision needs to change because they're the one that is creating haterade and take favouritism also fraud.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People get ask to go on to perform on certain machinery especially new one and been told for a pay increase that never happened.

Supervision needs to change because they're the one the is lying and creating haterade in the work place. Where i work there is a club and the one in the club gets look after.
