What does the leadership team need to get better at?
toxic work environment, employee intimidation . Whenever I bring up an issue with management I get a write up for something else, every time. No appreciation for our efforts. We had the #1 Production for the equipment we run in the corp last year. got a 5$ wawa gift card.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its not always about money. You work enormous amounts of hours, out produce everyone else and in your annual review the supervisor give you an "acceptable" rating. I tried to get hr involved and they just give lip service. MUTUAL RESPECT

What are some of the best things about your team?
There is no team.Supervisor calls everyone idiots. He believes he can do the job, but he had no real experience. Just watching from the sidelines

quick ad they bent the rules so i could do both my interviews same day sincei lived 2 hrs away
