What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Stop hiring people who have bad reviews from supervisors and do drugs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing ever goes right. We don't have products when needed and it will never get better scheduling is horrible.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to realize that the company equipment is subpar. We need holidays off. We need paid better. The lighting needs fixed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to listen to the employees. They need to not work us to the bone with all the overtime. They need to stop sending junk cups to customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a warehouse driver they expect too much from us and we do not get paid enough. Operators get more pay than we do. Without warehouse drivers the company would fail.
