Everything...there terrible..they don't keep things peivate..they abuse employees esp long term employees

Attendance policies needs to be thrown out and replaced with on that goes based on your vacation time

I do maintenance, im the rotary die tech, and i take care of premakeready. Before i took on the extra responsibilities that was 3 different jobs. Now I do them all and haven't even been offered a raise.
I have over 30 years in various paper industries and I don't the plant manager see me for what I can do and what I know in regards to the folding carton industry.
Use webex messaging instead of emails.
Training. No one knows how to do their job.

Supervision needs to change because they're the one the is lying and creating haterade in the work place. Where i work there is a club and the one in the club gets look after.
Stop all the initiatives and latest greatest gimmick and although workers to do their job and reward them for it. Management can't retain good leaders because they won't let them lead.
