Mr. Christopher P. Shea, also known as Chris, has been President of Environmental & Infrastructure Division at Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation since November 2015. Mr. Shea served as President of Great Lakes Environmental & Infrastructure Solutions at Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation since March 29, 2016. Mr. Shea served as President of Environmental Operations at Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation since November 2015 until March 29, 2016. Mr. Shea served as the Group President of Environment & Nuclear Business at CH2M HILL Companies, Ltd until October 15, 2015. Mr. Shea was responsible for leadership of all of CH2M's global environmental services, including planning, consulting, construction, remediation, nuclear liabilities management and operations for both government and industrial clients. He has more than 25 years of experience in environmental leadership roles, including strategic business development and planning, operations management and business management. In addition, he has major project experience working with federal, industrial and civil infrastructure clients. He was Environment & Nuclear Business Group President of CH2M HILL Companies, Ltd until October 15, 2015. Mr. Shea served as Vice President and Regional Business Group Manager for the combined Environmental Services (ES) Business Group West Region of CH2M Hill Companies Ltd. since April 19, 2007. He served as a Corporate Vice President and President of former Environmental Services business group at CH2M. Mr. Shea served as the President of Government, Environment and Infrastructure Division of CH2M HILL Companies, Ltd. since August 2012. Mr. Shea was responsible for providing leadership to the regional business group team by developing a vision and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability for both consulting and construction operations. He joined CH2M HILL in May 2006 as Director of Construction in the western region, a role in which he successfully facilitated the integration of the northwest and southwest regions and fostered strong teamwork across the consulting and construction teams. Prior to joining CH2M, he held various leadership positions including management roles for both technical and construction management services. He also developed a solid reputation as a Business Builder with strong team-building capabilities and a proven track record of successful business unit start-up and operations. Mr. Shea holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Arizona.
