The executives come down and greet and serve us lunches and participate in events with everyone. They are very accesible and meet all new employees
The leadership team is very accessible and willing to listen. They care about Great West and do not shy away from teaching and mentoring. I enjoy that I walk into their office and have an impromptu conversation and they genuinely care about what I am saying and my career growth.
Open to new ideas, great learning and development opportunities.
Transparency... perhaps actually review effectiveness of department managers and weed out those who create toxic and hostile work environments
They need to be more fair. Too many favorites.
Immediate team needs to be more of a people person instead of a numbers person.
