What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid to do what I love and work with some wonderful people along the way.
The wages are very competitive and Groove pays 99% of the healthcare premiums.

Having opportunity to hold stock in the company is the best part of the compensation package in my opinion; however, the stipends for internet and wellness are nice too.
Unlimited PTO... doesn't sound like the comp package but it is nice to take all the time you need off and still get paid!
