What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to interact with my co-workers and doing work that is making an impacting makes me most happy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are rich, and the company pays for more of my benefits than other companies in the past.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team works really well together. It's the most positive group of executives I've worked with. They are willing to ask the tough questions and make appropriate changes to see the company and employees succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with a fun, talented, smart, and committed bunch of individuals. Everyone is committed to excelling in their roles, and they are also kind, empathetic people that you actually want to hang out with outside of work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There was a good balance of questions about your ability to the do the job, but also about you as individual to make sure you were a good cultural fit. I think that's why so many amazing people work at Groove.
