What do you like best about the leadership team?
Incredibly transparent on the health of the business, what our goals/kpis are, and willing to roll up their sleeves to help lead and solve problems.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very competitive OTE. The one thing that any small growing company would struggle with is insurance benefits. But the pros far out weigh the cons.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Incredibly talented and focused team. They are always willing to assist and provide guidance when needed. There has never been a time where a coworker has been guarded or was unwilling to get something done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture to me starts from the top and its evident that all the leadership exhibit the same values. The individual contributors on the team have a great example on how to work with each other. Groove hires people that are compatible and work at their best together.
