The senior leadership team are all very "down to earth". They're open to new ideas, very personable and care about all of the employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall, the company is so incredibly welcoming to everyone. I can't emphasize enough the complete lack of egoism in the company and that everyone is empowered to do their jobs well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very thorough with many different team members weighing in on the process. I believe it not only gave them many perspectives about me as a candidate but it also allowed me to interact with everyone that I now work with daily.
