What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the team happy hour to get a chance to meet the team and get a sense for who my colleagues would be.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that we have a 401K match but I also am a big fan of having unlimited PTO without any guilt tripping about taking time off.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to use the product that I sell every day and feel it's benefits in my day to day workflow so I can speak from the heart with prospects.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership comes at any problem with a "How can we work together to improve this" mindset instead of a "Who can we blame for this issue?" mindset that I've seen at many other companies.
