That my managers make me better, leadership is honest, and my team members are working together towards commons goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fantastic health insurance coverage. It was such an improvement from my last job, it felt like an extra raise with how much they cover.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The speed! I interviewed for multiple positions at the time, and Groove kept deadlines and moved quickly. 5 interviews were over three weeks as appose to an average of 5 over two months from the three other companies I received offers from.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team takes the time to listen to each other and help. We are encouraged to help each other and not just drive sales. They give us chances to have fun as a team which led to a deeper trust and vulnerability as a team.
