Being around my coworkers and the environment. We share our wins and losses as a team.

They are very transparent about where they want the company to be going and genuinely care about the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is highly valued here and that is reflected through the hiring process, the onboarding, the twice-yearly offsites and the way the team operates.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The flexibility in which I can take time off and work from home, it is never frowned upon and encouraged to have a good work/life balance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody gets along and cares about the well being of one another as well as the company. Being in a start-up requires a lot of grit and attracts like-minded people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The happy hour at the end was great and every step I felt welcomed and that everyone involved was curious about me as a person. There wasn't any tricky questions and it was great to get to meet a lot of the team as well.
