Judi has a wealth of practical knowledge and hands-on experience gained from more than 30 years of working for and with major organizations on a global scale. Prior to joining Groupon, Judi was Vice President of COPC Inc., Groupon’s CX Consulting partner.

She has been based from London and the Americas and worked with clients such as Microsoft, Zappos, Scholastic, Teleperformance, Texas A&M University, Apple, Beachbody, PODS, HP, Lenovo, Monster.com, and many more. Primarily Judi has worked in contact center assessments and improvement, process reengineering, change management., and business process outsourcing and contact center start-ups, shut-downs or conolisations globally.

Judi holds an MBA from Houston Baptist University and a B.S. in Communications from Oral Roberts University. She lives with her extended family in Austin, Texas USA.
