Leadership team should have honesty and integrity.
The vision of the company is lacking.
Innovation, Project Delivery & Career Development Support
creating a strategy to create a groupon that works for more businesses and creates a better way to be able to reach more people by offering better deals. maybe stop taking 50% margin each time that makes merchants hostile to us.
Company is always under losses and takes this as a reason to pay less.
You can get better pay in other tech companies
The compensation I receive for my experience is less
Annual educational allowance & higher base salary (Sales)

Review from Customer Support Dept
Employees should possess sense of belonging to the company.
Groupon should improve its hiring process and hire talented people

Need to make interview tough.
i meant difficult like Hard to get into. I liked it, though.
Company needs to introspect whether they are providing value to the customers and merchants.
Groupon in unable to make it's impact in the market
Innovation, research & development. Develop a market leading product. Develop people better. Offer opportunities for further study etc
Lack of direction from leadership as to what the business model is and how it will scale globally given conflicting priorities across business verticals. To improve, Groupon needs to move away from its transactional focus and double down on growth efforts.
base pay isnt high enough. sales can be demanding anywhere, but I feel as if our model being able to be sold is getting harder and harder. too much micromanaging, and our company should honestly innovate it's business model.
Alignment of resources around business goals as opposed to vertical teams
