bi weekly pay is great

The salary is fair, and really good considering the contract I support.

Aligned incentive pay with the rest of the company executives.

Very comprehensive and lots of "extra" components

The culture of the company.

It is not competitive and my title doesnt match my experience

I have been continually given more responsibility but leadership still refuses to give me the pay that other companies readily offer.
