What are some of the best things about your team?
Team varies depending on client. Leadership is trying to prevent the team from interacting with past co-workers. Sounds real fishy and isn't this illegal?

The teams have been great to work with but management is trying to prevent people from communicating with past co-workers which is abnormal and illegal. Beware of joining Guidehouse.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Peers should have more respect for seasoned employees. Especially for individuals that know the process, understand the process, and can teach/present the process thoroughly. Less cliquish and more of a one army one unit approach.
Be more respectful, kind, open-minded, professional, and having a one army one unit mindset.
