Strange policies and culture at Guidehouse. Guidehouse mentions in job descriptions that they have family and personal leave but they do not. It's DTO which is used up if anyone is on bench. They are telling us not to speak with our past co-workers, which is illegal. It's a free country.

Team members are easy to get along with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay for existing employees remains unchanged when given a new positing or promotion. Bonuses are gone.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Try harder to retain experienced professionals. The utilization policy is not family-friendly and not practical for those who need to have a work-life balance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The teams have been great to work with but management is trying to prevent people from communicating with past co-workers which is abnormal and illegal. Beware of joining Guidehouse.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Keep people who are valuable in the company rather than replacing them with unexperienced people. It is bringing down the value to the customer and putting contracts at risk. Don't prevent us from talking to our past co-workers as that's not allowed anywhere.
