What are some of the best things about your team?Genuine people, that always have your back and are fun to talk or hang out with.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Being leaders? Take a leadership class. Truly be transparent. Stop with the fakeness that we're a "Start-Up".
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? This is only slightly better than working at In-N-Out and worse food (that you get to pay for). They don't recognize actual top performers
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Improve your skills in your field of study. I know this is a first job for a lot of people, but you're going to need to leave to get better.
