What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Leadership needs to become more connected to the realities of day-to-day work and take into consideration all feedback before rolling out programmes that will only hurt compensation, such as taking away LTI from the lowest paid people.

Review from Admin Dept

Compensation, benefits, listening to employee feedback, preserving employee goodwill

Review from Engineering Dept

Communication. And constant reorganization is exhausting. Changes are done and then explained instead of the opposite way so nobody knows what's going on and employees lose trust. Bad organizational change management processes.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The leadership team needs to significantly improve their communication by being more transparent about company decisions and providing regular updates to all employees. They should create better channels for two-way communication where employees feel comfortable sharing their concerns.

Review from Engineering Dept

There are two key issues in GW. First, high performers are not rewarded properly, because GW equalizes pay, so there's no reason to overperform, since mediocrity it rewarded just as much. Second issue, execs talk big but there's hardly ever enough time and/or resources provided to do work well.

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

My compensation has effectively decreased over the past few years, and every way I’ve explored for growth has led to a dead end. At the same time, I see others being promoted w

Review from Admin Dept

Accomplishments are only acknowledged in private and do not result in more compensation or career advancement

Review from Engineering Dept

I don't feel undervalued in terms of the work I do or the appreciation I receive, butI do feel my compensation could be. more aligned with my experience, and market value.

Review from HR Dept

The LTIs were removed and the increase that was awarded only equated to 1 years LTI allowance so i will be massively down next year when my remaining LTIs finish vesting. The communication regardobg this from our leadership has been extemely poor

Review from Operations Dept

Because its not enough, I'd feel better if it was more

Review from Engineering Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

more accountability and collegiality, less politics

Review from Admin Dept

We're acting like a "big family" but it's highly disfunctional. There are barriers between the teams

Review from IT Dept

We need to function as a team or a bee hive from the start. People are overworked and have too much workload to care about improving.

Review from Operations Dept

we can work fine as a team

Review from Operations Dept

Theres no time for anyone to interact with, lot of Mundane tasks, Leadership is innocent of automating and bringing efficiency. If there is more work, leadership immediately think of increasing capacity rather than how to reduce and bring efficiency.

Review from Operations Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Some of our executives are...awful.

Review from HR Dept

Much of the executive team. We see you, Mike. We see you, Diego. We see you, Sinead.

Review from HR Dept

Implementing automation and introducing additional tools to enhance our efficiency.

Review from HR Dept

leadership turns a blind eye to ethical "situations" that are ongoing. there are people who work here who harass and get away with it

Review from Operations Dept

employee engagement, rewards and recognition

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

overworked, underpaid and undervalued, surrounded by people who just play politics

Review from Admin Dept

Less politics and more freedom as we are adults at the end of the day

Review from IT Dept

GW likes to box people into very specific roles, where it's hard to further improve yourself outside of these very specific tasks. So, even if you are busy, you can be very bored, doing repetitive stuff over and over again.

Review from Engineering Dept

The Executive Office is not on the same wavelength as everyone else.

Review from Operations Dept

Stop telling us how excited you are to announce the latest administrative burden or a slightly worse benefit than was available in prior years. We are not children with short memories. We are professionals who can follow the reasoning behind solid strategy.
