Guild Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

This group is cutting edge transparent thought leaders and highly engaging. The team repeatedly considers front line by exposing and making themselves vulnerable by engaging in sensitive conversations that are a reflection of feedback that is given to the Executive Team.

C-suite is the most approachable leadership team I've encountered in my career

The leadership team at Guild walks their talk. The passion for serving working adult learners at scale is real. While a startup is never easy and requires agility and fast decisions in a new and changing market, the leadership team acknowledges what's worked and what has not in order to improve.

Kind, caring, intelligent people that care about employees

No leadership team is perfect but Guild's leadership team is approachable, humble and values everyones opinion.

Transparent, inspiring, and dynamic. They communicate an enduring belief in the growth of their people, as well as a belief in the growth potential of every partner and student served.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Moving on and being replaced by a more experienced team. The toxic, nepotistic culture that's results is just so profound.

Listening to staff and acknowledging new ideas

Can't- they are not qualified to be in the roles they are in

Provide autonomy, trust the experts that are hired for specific roles, encourage difficult tenured senior execs to move on
