C-suite is the most approachable leadership team I've encountered in my career

The leadership team at Guild walks their talk. The passion for serving working adult learners at scale is real. While a startup is never easy and requires agility and fast decisions in a new and changing market, the leadership team acknowledges what's worked and what has not in order to improve.

Kind, caring, intelligent people that care about employees

No leadership team is perfect but Guild's leadership team is approachable, humble and values everyones opinion.
