What needs to change to make the company culture better?HR needs to stay in their lane. These "good idea fairies" make everything more convoluted. Its work harder and more inconvienently not smarter. The excessive rules are obnoxious and unhelpful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Learn about aircraft and how to communicate with the team. Not step all over your team to get ahead in the company. Worry less about image and more about quality. Support your team instead of hiding in your office.
