What did you like most about the interview process?It was a panel style interview process.
What makes you most happy at work?Daily interaction with team, peers, and leadership.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Support in on-boarding and continuous improvement of individuals.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?It is what is. We can't change reallity.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Most of them were in with the company. Even the minorities thought they were "whites". My boss, After I quitted this company, my boss was let go. A lot of people laughed at him because he thought he could never shown the door. My boss walk out with a box with all his stuff in it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Well, I worked for over 15 years there and I knew all the "wrinkles" at this company. They did not like it very much. I resigned to work as contractor. A week later there was a layoff at the Eng dept. They got termination $$$$ package. Gulfstream keept my termination package. They make me sick.
