My customers and colleagues. There is a pride in representing Hach.

It used to be lunches and some team mates

Coworkers and relationships . Nothing about leadership!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Supply chain issues and political edicts about conditions of employment are what is wrong with this company.

Management needs to learn to be leaders. Travel policy needs changed for frequent flyers. Work/Life balance needs to be forefront. Give right compensation and time off for those that work well over 40hrs/wk. Give recognition to people doing good work.
