My patients and my immediate colleagues make me come back day after day.
They would rather hire outside staffing companies, and have temporary travel personnel just to not pay their actual staff a fair pay and benefits. This makes the turnover rate high and everyone has to adjust to new people. So rather than run like a well oiled machine it is a dog and pony show.
Poor compensation. Poor raises, everyone got the same raise this year regardless of evaluation. As a manager found out I am making less than those nurses that report to me
I feel that the supervisors do not support the employees
