What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually acting on the issues. We know xyz is a problem. Then do something about it!!! Sick and tired of them putting it all on the staff!
Stop the popularity contest. People should be rated according to your work ethic and dedication and not on which supervisors like you more.
I feel that the supervisors do not support the employees
Everything, learn how to treat people the way they would want to be treated

Benefits however did not make up for the completely disrespectful and disgusting treatment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't beg us to work hard, so we shouldn't have to beg for a living wage.
Make more than those that report to me to acknowledge my additional responsibilities

We help and support each other

My patients and my immediate colleagues make me come back day after day.
That the patient is always the priority.

location from home is close. However, parking situation is terrible.

It was fast. Unfortunately it took 6 years of applying to actually get the interview
The interview process was fine but after you start the job it goes down hill fast and no one will help you

It should be quicker and have more communication through the process.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team working together and helping each other

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Some people don't go the extra mile because they feel unappreciated and under valued. So things are done half way or not at all. Its an every man for himself mentality.
You can beg and plead and talk to HR or Corporate and it falls on deaf ears they do not care. They just want to make their money
