They would rather hire outside staffing companies, and have temporary travel personnel just to not pay their actual staff a fair pay and benefits. This makes the turnover rate high and everyone has to adjust to new people. So rather than run like a well oiled machine it is a dog and pony show.

They need to learn that Communication and respect go a long way.

They don't beg us to work hard, so we shouldn't have to beg for a living wage.

Stop the popularity contest. People should be rated according to your work ethic and dedication and not on which supervisors like you more.

Some people don't go the extra mile because they feel unappreciated and under valued. So things are done half way or not at all. Its an every man for himself mentality.
