Poor management at all levels
What makes you most happy at work?
The paycheck that's it, nothing more.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Professional and easy going. Nothing out of the blue.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Work balance. I generally work 15-18 hours a day as an engineer 7 days a week.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've had several promotions without any accompanied pay raises so managers can continue to get their bonuses.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's a very toxic culture and if there were 30+ hours in a day managers would ensure you worked that much.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is no planning. Things change in a minutes notice and since they continuously let go of employees in down turns it creates excessive amounts of work for those who have stayed.
