What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good insurance and pension for the cost
Good health coverage and vacation schedule.
Decent pay however having become so short staffed, teams are running the stores and the people there are doing the job of at least 3 people all the time.

High ranking executives make considerably more compared to managers and below who do moat of the work but never appreciated.
For the large size of our company our health ins should be better and not so high in monthly premium
