everything needs to change to make it better
Change store manager. She is toxic
Store managers need more training on how to handle teams with compassion, especially now a days when there are fewer of us holding the business together. There is no "I" in team. Managers shouldn't take the successes of there co-workers as their own if it's a team effort.
