culture is fine. its other issues that need addressed

doing my job and being the best at what i do and others respect that

For the large size of our company our health ins should be better and not so high in monthly premium
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
our managers are so busy in meetings all day that they have no time to get us together for tea meetings and communication is poor
What do you like best about the leadership team?
just speaking about our CEO. He has worked his all his life and started at middle grade level and has worked his way to the CEO position
