Still work at this company but after thirteen years I am losing hope in Hanesbrands. It is a weak company in a dying industry.

Strategy instead of lay-offs and reinventing the wheel. It’s a sweatshop that makes cheap sweatshirt

CEO and Executive Leadership. They are overpaid and do not deliver due to missing their targets.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
High ranking executives make considerably more compared to managers and below who do moat of the work but never appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard working people but hard to retain them as morale is always low at Hanesbrands because of routine layoffs and low stock price.
