Great pay but training is very minimal and they put adherence before everything, even the customers. They penalize you for system issues when they don't provide you with the equipment and also if you are over your break time on a call. They dont care about customer just want you to hurry up!

Pto and overtime and vacation
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Put customers first and breaks second!! If systems are having issues or an employee is having system issues they should not be penalized
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being more focused on the customers and having longer better training, especially on adherence! One should not be penalized for system issues or helping a cust. when its your break time. Understandabley tardiness is not ok but i could never win with adherence due to system issues/putting cust first
