This is the fast food of interior design. Things are done quickly and cheaply and there is little regard for employees or clients.

horrible pay, and amount of work required/expected of the designers is ridiculous for the pay you get which is highly based off if clients buy on the site, (which most don't even if they love the design) illegal almost below minimum wage pay
