What are some of the best things about your team?
Good coworkers. Loyal and dedicated to patients and providing good care. However some nurses are cruel to stnas and patients, even get arrested while on duty but they don't lose their job. Other nurses are not allowed to leave the floor even when their baby was kidnapped and police need their help.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I worked for this company for many years in many positions. I was dedicated and loyal. I spent way more time there than anywhere. I volunteered on holidays. My patients loved me. Yet when I needed help I was threatened with an unfounded hippaa violation and fired. I was never given a chance to seek

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I deserved help and a chance to fix my life Other nurses get this chance and haven't been there nearly as long as I had. I deserved help and at the very least unemployment compensation. They are cruel and heartless corporation. I would not recommend anyone to work there. The pay is lower than most
