What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership needs to be more proficient with their communication & timeliness of requirement deadlines to all team members. It seems to be a consistent ongoing issue within the system & is not being addressed by anyone along the corporate board.

2007 sale of HRC to Carlyle and then 2016 sell-off of valuable real estate to HCP. Facilities are decaying. NO maintenance.
