The lack of communication, the units are never fully stocked with adequate supplies needed for patient care, team work is limited to none, there is no sense of urgency to aid in patient care.

The interview should be more informative & honest in regards to the actual work environment.

Remember to work as a team, not as individuals & treat the patients more as people, respectfully & genuinely.

No sense of motivation or enthusiasm to show up for shift due to lack of team work & adequate information in regards to reports.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership has to improve with communication, coworkers should work as a team, patients should be treated fairly, employees need to feel appreciated as if they are valued.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because it seems i am always being penalized for not being in the know when my leadership team does not keep me professionally informed on employee information as they should for everyone across the board.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to be more proficient with their communication & timeliness of requirement deadlines to all team members. It seems to be a consistent ongoing issue within the system & is not being addressed by anyone along the corporate board.
