The ManorCare Nursing home is grossly understaffed most of the time, forcing LPNs to work with 20+ patients. From standpoint of nurses, it is a hard to impossible working situation, where errors are prone to occur due to a huge workload. Nurses who work here are great and very efficient.

the positive aspects: camaraderie and helping each other.

It would be great to see more coverage for psychological consultations
