The environment is filled with toxicity. There are healthcare workers who only care about a pay check and not patients. There is no team work. If a situation is mishandled you will be thrown under the bus, even if you were not present the day it happened.

Patients have complained about their care on numerous occasions. Forms have been filled out on numerous occasions. The staff in these facilities need to be looked at.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership needs to lead. Take accountability for poor performances, hold the right workers accountable for their performances, and not accept any able body that applies for a job.
