I like my job but corporate doesn't care about their workers especially dietary

The residents and my some of my coworkers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love working with my coworkers and I love the residents
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing really the only ones that work as a team is kitchen and can's nurses dont and neither does the office people
What are some of the best things about your team?
The kitchen staff is really good and we work well toghter and most of the cna's are very good to work with
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont get paid enough i have worked for Manorcare for 15 years and I only make $2.00 more then when I started
