What do you like best about the leadership team?

I love the transparency at Health IQ and that it is a meritocracy. Everyone is willing to help and mangers/leadership are always directly available if you need help. Goals are clear- the mission is clear and the company is driven to hit it's benchmarks.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I look forward to going to work everyday. I wake up and although it's early I'm excited to be in the office. The team is always positive but pushing you to reach your full potential. Feedback is always constructive and they genuinely care about your performance and how to improve it.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone at Health IQ is willing to help. My manager wants nothing more than for me to one day take over his position. He's grooming his entire team to be better than himself. People at Health IQ are unlike most- their excited for each-other's growth and not the typical cut throat mentality.

What makes you most happy at work?

The culture. Everyone here wants you to be your best. They want you to be successful. Working in an environment where everyone is happy and helpful even when things are out of control, everyone is calm and keep grinding to make this company successful. Some of the hardest working humble people.
