This company could be amazing. They found a niche in a market where, arguably, none should be allowed. Sadly the leads are very poor quality & no real potential at making decent money. 100+ apps before they pay commission during AEP & little to no support. Only focus is hiring 100s of agents

Compassion, transparency, support, training, managing to the person rather than micromanaging the masses

We get to work from home. There really isn’t any culture to speak

It was fast and there was a lot of “promises made” painting a bright lucrative fut

My coworkers are fine. They would likely be a lively, motivated, fun group if everyone wasn’t so stressed out and disheartene

All they care about is hiring 100s of agents and going public. They don’t care about the livelihoods of the people that work there or how the senior population is affected by receiving 20 calls a day. Integrity would go a long w
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Any incentives offered are packaged with a minute by minute micro management adherence policy. You can be #1 but 90+% adherence or you get nothing. Your leads (sold, scheduled, working) are given away to other HIQ agents almost immediately. AEP you must sell 100+ apps before they pay commissions
