What do you like best about the leadership team?Down to earth and open to ideas
What do you like best about the leadership team?Hardworking, creative and out of the box thinking but not to the extreme. Very concerned about company culture and doing the right thing
What is the best part about your compensation package? Our great health benefits and 401K
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Consistency. Keeping promises. Listening to those who are in the weeds.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? There’s a level of micromanagement and condescension that is thick in the air from leadership, which mostly comes from the currrent COO and the VP of Operations. Between the two of them you are stuck wondering if the altruism of your job is worth it. I would feel better with maternity leave.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Micromanagement shouldn’t be a part of the company culture. We need to be more vocal about what’s wrong, rather than sticking with what feels like abuse from those in Leadership who have taken the company in a undesirable direction.
We are a health engagement company. Fueled by innovative technology, we unite patients, providers and the companies that serve them.
We unite patients, providers and the companies that serve them to change health and healthcare for the better.
