What are some of the best things about your team?My coworkers are the only good thing about this company.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?The company needs to have better training in place. The supervisors need to be available for the agents and need to be more knowledgeable. When the agents have to constantly correct the answers given by supervisors it is not the best situation.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Most kiss the supervisors rear rnd abd rude. Supervisor plays favorites wont let you givr criticism about what isnt working. Meetings constantly changing script to point yhat the script doesnt eiek snd the customers hang up
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Health insurance and dental were terriblr. Huge deductibles and copays. Also lots of money kept in escrow not told about that. During AEP with terrible nearly non existent leads no way to be able to obtain the great bonuses thry supposedly offer.
