What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great team that is supportive and goal oriented. One of the nice things about HealthLoop is the constant positive feedback from patients.
Leading well through a fair degree of regulatory shifts
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Executives not communicating about the future of the company. Several of us starting to pursue other possibilities.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm paid fairly and the benefits are market rate.
Reasonable pay in a competitive environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is below average but this is a startup.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great group of people to work with - collaborative, hard-working and fun to be around
It's a pretty diverse group. I like that there are a broad set of perspectives.
Great and diverse group of friends.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We are wearing many hats and the current pace of work is "get it done yesterday" mentality. This is not maintainable and very stressful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The office is ok, not great. But the people are kind.
