Safer staffing better pay for nurses
Leadership takes advantage of you and milks you for as much work as possible while offering low pay raise and weak incentives.

Money a lot. No illegal aliens working. No financial mooching clients
Pay more and quit overworking everyone that is how leadership shows value.

The coworkers do not work as a team in any way shape or form.

Get rid of the woke corporation CEO and board

Get rid of the CRT and equity garbage
Let candidates know that they will be taken advantage of and overworked.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are understaffed and underpaid even though the CEOs are laughing all the way to the bank.
Hospitals are lieing about covid don't trust doctors and nurses. Get rid of Biden &administration. Get rid of Gov. Polis
Everything about management and HR does not support it's employees here.
